Voor een restaurant in Oostende zijn we op zoek naar een creatieve en flexibele kok die houdt van gastvrijheid.

  • Zelfstandig voorbereiden van ingrediënten en bereiden van verfijnde gerechten.
  • Opmaken en dresseren van borden met oog voor esthetiek en detail.
  • Bewaken van de hygiëne en naleving van de HACCP-normen op de werkplek.
  • Bij piekmomenten ondersteunen bij de afwas, bar en zaal.

Wie ben jij?

  • Relevante werkervaring in de horeca/keuken.
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit.
  • Je behoudt het overzicht en de rust op drukke servicemomenten.
  • Bereid om te werken volgens een service coupé rooster en in het weekend.
