The posting

Bij Vlotter Maatwerk – afdeling horeca durven we nieuwe pannen op het vuur te zetten. Onze medewerkers maken al jaren van Eetcafé ’t Steencaycken een vaste waarde. In de loop van 2026 openen we een nieuw restaurant in Niel.

Geen copy-paste horecazaak, wel een plek waar eten, mensen en groei samen sudderen.

En daarvoor zoeken we een Chef Kok/Keukenverantwoordelijke om met veel goesting ons keukenteam te komen versterken.

Jij:

  • zet vuur aan; Niet alleen onder de kookpotten, maar ook in je ploeg. Goesting werkt aanstekelijk, jij bent het beginpunt.
  • kookt creatief; Op het bord, in je aanpak, in oplossingen. Creatief, haalbaar en afgestemd op onze doelgroep en werking.
  • voelt de nieuwe wind in de horeca; Je bedenkt gerechten die kloppen met vandaag én morgen. Eerlijk, haalbaar, met karakter.
  • durft de werking in vraag te stellen; Je signaleert knelpunten en maakt ze bespreekbaar op een constructieve manier.
  • bewaakt structuur, kwaliteit en flow tijdens service; Ook op drukke momenten behoud je rust en overzicht.
  • werkt graag met jouw collega-chefs en het volledige keukenteam; Je coacht, stuurt bij en creëert een veilige, duidelijke keukenwerking waarin mensen kunnen groeien.
  • kent alle geheimen van het laten draaien van een brasseriekeuken; Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring als (lead) chef in een brasserie.
