Je brengt smaak, presentatie en beleving samen op elk bord,

· Planning & aansturen keukenteam (2à3p)

Je stelt uurroosters op, delegeert taken, begeleidt en motiveert jouw team en draagt bij aan een positieve teamgeest,

· Menucreatie

Je denkt mee na over menuvernieuwing, ontwikkelt mee nieuwe gerechten en werkt suggesties uit afgestemd op seizoensproducten, trends, kostprijs en variatie,

· Voorraadbeheer & bestellingen

Je volgt pro-actief de voorraden op, plaatst bestellingen en controleert leveringen,

· Kwaliteit, hygiëne & veiligheid waarborgen

Je waarborgt de kwaliteit van alle gerechten, waakt over de orde, netheid & veiligheid in de

keuken, de correcte bewaring van voeding en de naleving van alle hygiëne- en veiligheidsvoorschriften (HACCP). Je hebt een koksopleiding afgerond,

· Minstens 3 jaar ervaring als kok in een professionele keuken,

· Koken is jouw passie: je streeft naar perfectie in smaak, presentatie en afwerking, elk bord is voor jou een visitekaartje,

· Je neemt vlot initiatief en houdt het hoofd koel, maar weet ook hoe je keukencollega's aanstuurt, motiveert en laat samenwerken als één team,

· Je bent organisatorisch sterk, denkt vooruit en werkt graag volgens een duidelijke planning. Op die manier zorg je voor rust en efficiëntie in de keuken,

· Klantentevredenheid staat bij jou op 1,

· Je bent flexibel, enthousiast en positief ingesteld,

· Bereid om te werken tijdens de week, het weekend én 's avonds,

· Verzorgd voorkomen,

· Je woont in de regio.
