Das Bildungszentrum Salzkammergut ist Träger für vielfältige Arbeits- und Bildungsangebote im Salzkammergut. Die offene Stelle umfasst die Begleitung, Beratung und das Training von arbeitssuchenden Personen mit dem Ziel, sie wieder in den Arbeitsmarkt zu integrieren, oder eine Aus- und Weiterbildung in Anspruch zu nehmen. Es ist uns ein Anliegen, auf die Individualität der Teilnehmer*innen einzugehen und dadurch die regionale Bildungsarbeit zu erweitern und Angebote für diverse Zielgruppen zu schaffen.

Das erwartet Sie:

* Coaching der Teilnehmer*innen im Bewerbungsprozess und bei der Erarbeitung möglicher beruflicher Perspektiven (Beratung, Coaching, Gruppentraining)

* Begleitung bei psychosozialen Themenstellungen

* Gestaltung und Durchführung von Trainings und Workshops

* Pflege und Aufbau von internen und externen Netzwerken

* Berichtswesen und Dokumentation

Ihr Erfahrungsschatz:

* abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im sozialen, idealerweise auch im wirtschaftlichen Bereich

* Berufserfahrung im Beratungs- und Trainingsbereich (auch bildungs- und arbeitsmarktferne Zielgruppen)

* Kenntnisse arbeitsmarktpolitischer Maßnahmen und in der Personalüberlassung

* Sozialkompetenz, Teamfähigkeit und Beratungskompetenz

* kompetente mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeit (Berichte verfassen)

* systemisches Denken, Organisationsfähigkeit

* Organisationstalent

* Führerschein B

* Bereitschaft zur Aus- und Weiterbildung
