Die Aufgaben:

* Arbeit nach Lebensmittel-Rezepturen

* Entwicklung von Rezepturen

* Herstellung von Backwaren

* Herstellung von Feingebäck

* Herstellung von Füllungen für Feingebäck

* Herstellung von Konditorwaren

* Herstellung von Mehlspeisen

* Herstellung von Torten

* Hygienemanagement in der Lebensmittelproduktion und -verarbeitung

* Kalte Konditorei

* Zubereitung von Süßspeisen

* Kommissionierung nach Lieferschein der erzeugten Produkte

Die Bäckerei ist seit 140 Jahren in Familienhand und somit auch der Charakter unseres Brotes. Handarbeit wie damals kombiniert mit modernen Einflüssen lassen regionale und traditionelle Produkte in einem neuen Licht erstrahlen. Das Herz unserer Bäckerei befindet sich in Elsbethen. Hier werden unsere Produkte mit viel Liebe aus den besten Rohstoffen von Hand gefertigt.
