Ihre Arbeitswelt Die Konsiliarfachärztin bzw. der Konsiliarfacharzt für Psychiatrie und Psychotherapie gewährleistet die fachärztliche psychiatrische und psychotherapeutische Mitbetreuung von Patient*innen aller klinischen Fachabteilungen unseres Verbundes. Ziel ist die frühzeitige Erkennung und Behandlung psychischer Erkrankungen und psychosomatischer Begleiterscheinungen sowie die Sicherstellung einer umfassenden, interdisziplinären und patientenzentrierten Versorgung.

* Durchführung psychiatrischer Konsile bei stationären und ambulanten Patient*innen an mehreren Standorten des Verbundes * Psychiatrische Diagnostik einschließlich Differentialdiagnostik sowie Erstellung individueller Therapieempfehlungen * Diagnostik und Behandlung psychischer Erkrankungen und psychiatrischer Notfallsituationen einschließlich Krisenintervention * Beurteilung von Suizidalität sowie Eigen- und Fremdgefährdung und Einleitung erforderlicher Maßnahmen * Fachärztliche Beratung der behandelnden Teams zu psychiatrischen Fragestellungen, Psychopharmakotherapie und interdisziplinärem Behandlungsmanagement

Ihr Profil Fachlich

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur*zum Fachärztin*Facharzt für Psychiatrie und Psychotherapeutische Medizin * Erfahrung in der Konsiliar- und Liaisonpsychiatrie oder im Akutkrankenhaus von Vorteil * Fundierte Erfahrung in psychiatrischer Diagnostik, Psychopharmakotherapie und Krisenintervention * Kenntnisse psychosomatischer Zusammenhänge sowie psychiatrischer Notfallsituationen

Persönlich

* Teamfähigkeit und Freude an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit * Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise * Sie haben Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen, Interesse an ihren unterschiedlichen psychiatrischen Störungsbildern und zeigen eine psychotherapeutische Grundhaltung im Umgang mit Patient*innen * Sie zeigen hohe soziale und kommunikative Kompetenzen in Verbindung mit einer ausgeprägten Fähigkeit zur interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit * Führerschein der Klasse B sowie eigener PKW erforderlich

Gehaltsschema SI/N4 (mind. € 8.752,40 monatlich bzw. € 122.533,60 Jahresbrutto auf Basis Vollzeit) Zusätzlich bestehen Ansprüche auf Sondergebührenentgelte, gesondert vergütet werden Journaldienstleistungen. Erfahrung im Beruf wird ggf. durch die Anrechnung von Vordienstzeiten und einer damit verbundenen höheren Einstufung im Schema berücksichtigt.
