Im Zuge der Erweiterung unseres Teams im Engineering entstehen unterschiedlichste Aufgabenbereiche. Daher besetzen wir unsere Positionen mit unterschiedlichen Schwerpunkten: mit Fokus auf Anlagenplanung und Layoutierung, auf Projektengineering, auf Entwicklung und Serienreife sowie auf Cost- & Value Engineering. In jedem Fall trägst Du als Konstrukteur:in bei REPLOID maßgeblich dazu bei, unser innovatives Konzept in die Praxis umzusetzen! Dabei setzen wir Deine Stärken bewusst ein und entscheiden im gemeinsamen Gespräch, was aufgrund Deiner Erfahrungen und Qualifikationen am besten zu Dir passt. Deine Aufgaben

* Konstruktion und Weiterentwicklung von Baugruppen und Modulen unserer Anlagen in 3D-CAD

* Modularisierung und Standardisierung zentraler Baugruppen mit Blick auf Kostenoptimierung, z. B. durch alternative Konstruktions- und Fertigungskonzepte

* Technische Absicherung der Konstruktionen bis zur Serienfreigabe (Design Reviews, Erprobung, Validierung)

* Erstellung und Pflege von technischer Dokumentation, Lasten-/Pflichtenheften und Standardvorgaben sowie Änderungsmanagement in CAD und PLM

* Technische Abstimmung mit angrenzenden Fachbereichen (Einkauf, Automatisierung, Service, Qualität) und Lieferanten zur Auswahl serientauglicher Komponenten

Das bringst Du mit

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung ((HTL, FH, Uni) in Maschinenbau, Anlagenbau, Energietechnik o.ä.

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Konstruktion bzw. technischen Auslegung und Optimierung im industriellen Umfeld

* Fundierte Kenntnisse in 3D-CAD (z.B. Inventor, SolidWorks) sowie gängigen Engineering-Tools

* Verständnis für kosten- und fertigungsgerechtes Konstruieren (Design-to-Cost)

* Kompetenz zur Dokumentation nach technischen Standards sowohl in deutscher als auch englischer Sprache

* Analysefähigkeit, Ergebnisorientierung und Eigeninitiative
