Zur Versträkung des Teams suchen wir: 1 Koordinator_in Gebäudesanierung & Facility Management (m/w/d)

Vollzeit 38,5h Woche

Wir haben umfangreiche Neugestaltungen und Sanierungen in unseren Produktionswerken geplant. Dafür suchen wir einen Koordinator zur Umsetzung unserer vorgesehenen Projekte am Standort in Micheldorf.

Ihr Aufgabenbereich

* Leitung von Investitions- und Sanierungsprojekten über alle Phasen (Planung, Baukoordination, Bauleitung, Übergabe)

* Sicherstellung von Qualität, Terminen, Kosten sowie Einhaltung technischer und rechtlicher Vorgaben

* Erstellung von Projekt- und Planungsunterlagen

* Koordination und Steuerung von Planern, Bauunternehmen sowie Schnittstellenmanagement mit internen und externen Partnern

* Technische Begleitung von Vergabeprozessen

* Durchführung von Baubegehungen, Qualitätskontrollen sowie Leitung von Projektbesprechungen

Ihr Profil

* Eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL Bereich Hochbau oder vergleichbar) bzw. im Facility Management

* Berufserfahrung in der Abwicklung von Bauprojekten, idealerweise im Bereich Sanierung und Umbau

* Starke Projektmanagement-Skills mit klarer Zielorientierung und betriebswirtschaftlichem Verständnis

* Kontaktfreude, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und ein freundliches sowie sicheres Auftreten

* Begeisterung für das selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeiten sowie hohe Problemlösungskompetenz
