Iemand die bouwkundige kennis combineert met een sterk gevoel voor service en het leuk vindt om veel contact te hebben met toekomstige bewoners. Functie inhoud Als kopersbegeleider ben je de verbindende factor tussen de klant en de verschillende afdelingen binnen de organisatie. Je bespreekt woonwensen, denkt mee over mogelijkheden en zorgt ervoor dat gemaakte keuzes goed worden vastgelegd en uitgevoerd. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Begeleiden van kopers bij het maken van keuzes voor hun nieuwe woning; - Bespreken van bouwkundige mogelijkheden, installaties en opties; - Inventariseren en verwerken van meer- en minderwerk; - Opstellen en controleren van offertes en documenten; - Beantwoorden van technische en praktische vragen van kopers; - Controleren van tekeningen en verwerken van wijzigingen; - Zorgen voor een goede overdracht van klantwensen richting werkvoorbereiding en uitvoering; - Bewaken van gemaakte afspraken, keuzes en deadlines; - Voeren van gesprekken met kopers gedurende het bouwproces; - Organiseren of begeleiden van kijkmomenten, kopersgesprekken en andere contactmomenten. - Je hebt veel contact met klanten, maar staat er zeker niet alleen voor. Je schakelt dagelijks met collega's van onder andere verkoop, werkvoorbereiding, uitvoering en projectleiding. Functie eisen Je vindt het leuk om mensen te helpen bij één van de grootste aankopen van hun leven, maar hebt tegelijkertijd voldoende technische kennis om inhoudelijk mee te kunnen denken. We zoeken iemand die: - Een bouwkundige opleiding heeft afgerond, bijvoorbeeld MBO of HBO Bouwkunde; - Bouwkundige tekeningen en technische informatie goed kan begrijpen; - Communicatief sterk is en makkelijk contact maakt met verschillende mensen; ...
