Als strateeg bij Megawatt ben je richting klanten de eigenaar van de strategische klantrelatie en richting collega's de verbinder tussen het merk en creatief werk. In deze rol ben je inhoudelijk eindverantwoordelijk en bewaak je de voortgang van projecten in o.a. reviews, presentaties en doorvertalingen. Je praat op eigen initiatief met klanten over de uitdagingen van het merk, de wensen van de doelgroep en de nuances binnen cultuur. Je doet dit door ontbrekende informatie boven water te krijgen, proactief jouw visie te delen en scherpe keuzes te maken. Alleen zo kom je snel tot de kern van het grote geheel. Aan de hand van jouw visie en strategie zet je het creatieve team aan de slag, beoordeel je creatieve concepten en bewaak je de aansluiting van bedachte concepten aan deze strategie. Jouw inzichten werken als aanjager en stroomversneller voor ons creatieve concepting team. Je weet hoe je dit team moet briefen en geeft hierbij duidelijke kaders. Zonder goede briefing, geen goed werk. Jij wacht niet op een briefing van een van je client lead collega's, maar initieert zelf de gesprekken om samen met klanten tot briefin...
