Voor een stabiel en groeiend bedrijf actief in metaalrecyclage zijn we op zoek naar een gemotiveerde kraanman voor de site in Genk.

Werk je graag met grote machines, steek je graag de handen uit de mouwen en voel je je thuis in een industriële omgeving? Dan is deze job misschien iets voor jou.

Wat ga je doen?

Als kraanman zorg je mee voor een vlotte en veilige verwerking van binnenkomende metaalstromen.

Jouw taken bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Bedienen van een kraan voor het verplaatsen, sorteren en verwerken van metaal
  • Laden en lossen van materialen
  • Sorteren van verschillende soorten metaal
  • Ervoor zorgen dat materialen op de juiste plaats terechtkomen
  • Mee opvolgen van het sorteer- en verwerkingsproces
  • Uitvoeren van eenvoudige controles en onderhoud aan de machines
  • Je werkzone netjes en veilig houden
  • Indien nodig meehelpen bij andere werkzaamheden op de site

Je werkt voornamelijk buiten en in een industriële omgeving. Geen dag is helemaal hetzelfde en je krijgt de kans om met verschillende machines en materialen te leren werken.

Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand die:

  • Ervaring heeft als kraanman of ervaring heeft met mobiele arbeidsmiddelen met een geldig attest om de kraan te mogen besturen
  • Een geldig attest heeft voor het besturen van een kraan is een pluspunt
  • Veiligheid steeds vooropstelt
  • Graag zelfstandig werkt en verantwoordelijkheid neemt
  • Niet terugdeinst voor fysiek werk en werken in openlucht
  • Technisch aangelegd is en kleine problemen aan machines kan signaleren
  • Flexibel is en graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt
