Das Tauernklinikum ist DER regionale Gesundheitsversorger inmitten der Nationalparkregion Hohe Tauern. 1573 erstmals erwähnt, setzen wir uns seit 450 Jahren jeden Tag für unsere Patient:innen im Pinzgau ein.

In den Tauernkliniken arbeiten wir auf hohem medizinischen Niveau. Dabei greift eine Vielzahl an Kompetenzen ineinander - Medizin, Pflege, Therapie, Verwaltung.

Gemeinsam begleiten wir pro Jahr über 23.000 Menschen während ihres stationären Aufenthalts in Zell am See und Mittersill. Die beiden Standorte umfassen insgesamt acht erstklassige medizinische Abteilungen - Innere Medizin, Anästhesie und Intensivmedizin, Orthopädie und Traumatologie,

Allgemeinchirurgie, Gynäkologie und Geburtshilfe, Urologie, Augenheilkunde, Radiologie und Hals-Nasen-Ohren-Heilkunde als Fachschwerpunkt. Darüber hinaus ist die Tauernkliniken GmbH für fast alle österreichischen medizinischen Universitäten als Lehrkrankenhaus tätig. 1 Krankenhaus Apotheker_in >> Standort Zell am See

WAS SIE ERWARTET:

- Proaktive Unterstützung beim weiteren Ausbau klinisch-pharmazeutischer Leistungen

- Teilnahme an interdisziplinären Stationsvisiten und Teambesprechungen

- Aktive Unterstützung der ärztlichen und nicht-ärztlichen Bereiche hinsichtlich Arzneimittel bezogener

Fragestellungen

- Mitwirkung in der Arzneimittelproduktion und Arzneimittellogistik

- Vortrags- und Schulungstätigkeit für verschiedene Berufsgruppen

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Pharmazie und die Zulassung als berufsberechtigter Apotheker:in

- Großes Interesse an klinischer Pharmazie, postgraduelle Weiterbildung wünschenswert

- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung, Erfahrung in einer Krankenhausapotheke mit Weiterbildung zum

Krankenhausfachapotheker (optional)

- Gute EDV-Kenntnisse, insbesondere im Umgang mit SAP und MedCaSol

- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie eine genaue und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise

- Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
