Over het kantoor: Voor een bank met een stevige verankering in Lille zoeken we een Kredietadviseur die particulieren en ondernemers begeleidt bij hun financieringsplannen. Het kantoor staat dicht bij zijn klanten en hecht veel belang aan helder, eerlijk advies. Je maakt deel uit van een hecht kantoorteam.

Jobomschrijving

Je analyseert financieringsnoden, stelt passende kredietvoorstellen op en zorgt voor een correcte opvolging van lopende dossiers. Je denkt actief mee over toekomstige mogelijkheden en bewaakt de kwaliteit van elk dossier.

Wat doe je concreet?

  • Risicobeheer: Je waakt over een gezonde balans tussen commerciële opportuniteit en een verantwoord kredietbeleid binnen het kantoor.
  • Opvolging en administratie: Je bewaakt lopende kredieten, stelt rapportages op en zorgt voor een correcte verwerking van alle documenten en communicatie rond kredietbeslissingen.
  • Kredietdossiers beoordelen: Je beoordeelt aanvragen grondig, bepaalt de kredietvoorwaarden en stemt af met interne risicopartners om dossiers correct en volledig op te bouwen.
  • Klantbegeleiding: Je onderhoudt regelmatig contact met klanten, volgt hun activiteiten op en denkt mee over bijkomende financieringsmogelijkheden of toekomstige uitbreidingen.
  • Financieringsnoden in kaart brengen: Je analyseert de financiële situatie van klanten, bekijkt jaarcijfers en geldstromen en vertaalt deze naar passende kredietvoorstellen.

Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt 2 tot 4 jaar ervaring binnen de sector en weet hoe je zelfstandig dossiers tot een goed einde brengt.
  • Je combineert commercieel inzicht met een sterk analytisch vermogen en een oplossingsgerichte aanpak.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met de gangbare kredietvormen, jaarrekeninganalyse en financieringsdossiers.
  • Je bent klantgericht en voelt je betrokken bij de uitdagingen van particulieren, zelfstandigen en KMO's.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor in financiën, economie, rechtspraktijk of een gelijkwaardige ervaring.
