Wir suchen ab sofort eine/n 1 Kundendienstberater_in für die Reparaturannahme (m/w/d) Ihre Aufgaben:

* Beratung und Annahme der Werkstatt-Kunden

* Aufnahme und Abrechnung von Reparaturaufträgen laut Kundenwunsch

* Abstimmung mit dem Werkstatt Team

* Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der Reparaturtermine

* Erreichung bzw. Einhaltung der Qualitätsziele

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung

* § 57a Schulung

* Kommunikationsstärke und Fähigkeit zur kundenorientierten Gesprächsführung

* Belastbarkeit und Organisationsgeschick

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Automobilbranche

* Markenerfahrung ist von Vorteil

* Selbstständiges Arbeiten
