Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort 1 Kundendienstberater/in (w/m/d) in KFZ-Werkstatt in Wörgl für unsere Filiale in Wörgl/Vollzeit

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Persönliche Betreuung und Beratung unserer Werkstattkunden

* Annahme, Planung und Koordination von Werkstattterminen

* Erstellung von Serviceaufträgen und Kostenvoranschlägen

* Kommunikation zwischen Kunden, Werkstatt und Ersatzteillager

* Qualitätssicherung und Endkontrolle der ausgeführten Arbeiten

* Unterstützung bei Garantie- und Kulanzabwicklungen

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im KFZ-Bereich (z. B. KFZ-Mechatroniker:in, KFZ-Techniker:in) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Fundierte Berufserfahrung im Service oder Kundendienst von Vorteil

* Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis rund ums Auto

* Sicheres, freundliches und professionelles Auftreten

* Organisationstalent, Teamfähigkeit und hohe Kundenorientierung

* EDV-Kenntnisse

* Führerschein B
