Aktuell wird gesucht: 1 Kundendienstberater (m/w/d) für unseren Kunden in Wien, Floridsdorf

Mit Filialen im ganzen Land bietet unser Kunde neben einer breiten Palette von Reifen auch Zubehör und umfassende Autowerkstattleistungen an.

Zum sofortigen Eintritt stellen wir einen Kundendienstberater (m/w/d) in 1210 Wien ein.

Führerschein B und eigenes KFZ sind zur Anreise an den Arbeitsort von Vorteil, jedoch nicht Bedingung.

Ihr Aufgabenbereich

* Erster Kontaktpunkt für Kunden

* Kompetente und serviceorientierte Kundenberatung

* Verkauf von Dienstleistungen und Produkten sowie Bestellwesen

* Angebots- und Auftragsabwicklung inklusive Terminkoordination

* Übernahme und Verbuchung von Ware sowie Reklamationsbearbeitung

* Bearbeitung von Versicherungsfällen

Ihre Qualifikationen

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung als KFZ-Mechaniker

* Erfahrung in der Reifen- oder KFZ-Branche

* Technisches Verständnis

* Gute EDV-Kenntnisse

* Sicheres Auftreten sowie eine selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise

* Einsatz- und Überstundenbereitschaft

Das gesetzliche Mindestentgelt beträgt € 2.528,04 brutto / Monat, eine Überzahlung ist je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung möglich.
