Die Zweirad Ginzinger GmbH ist seit 1974 eine feste Größe im Zweiradhandel und zählt im Innviertel zu den führenden Anlaufstellen für Motorräder und Roller. Neben dem Standort in Ried im Innkreis ist das Unternehmen mit fünf weiteren Filialen österreichweit vertreten.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen engagierten Kundendienstberater (m/w/d) mit technischem Verständnis, der die Werkstattleitung tatkräftig unterstützt und als wichtige Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Werkstatt und externen Partnern fungiert. 1 Kundendienstberater (m/w/d) mit technischem Know-how Ihre Aufgaben:

* Unterstützung der Werkstattleitung im Tagesgeschäft

* Vereinbarung und Koordination von Service- und Werkstattterminen

* Kompetente Beratung und Betreuung unserer Kundinnen und Kunden

* Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Werkstattaufträgen

* Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit Versicherungen sowie Sachverständigen

* Organisation und Koordination von Reparatur- und Serviceabläufen

Ihr Profil:

* Technisches Verständnis, idealerweise im Motorrad- oder Kfz-Bereich

* Freundliches und kundenorientiertes Auftreten

* Organisationstalent und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* Kommunikationsstärke sowie Freude am Umgang mit Menschen

* Erfahrung im Kundenservice oder Werkstattumfeld von Vorteil
