Deine Aufgaben

* Serviceeinsätze vor Ort: Du führst eigenständig Inbetriebnahmen, Wartungen, Störungsbehebungen und Reparaturen durch - mit modernstem Equipment.

* Kundenberatung: Du unterstützt unsere Kund:innen bei der optimalen Einstellung ihrer Heizsysteme und gehst flexibel auf individuelle Bedürfnisse ein.

* Dokumentation & Lagerführung: Du erstellst Einsatzberichte, führst Protokolle und verwaltest dein eigenes Techniklager inkl. jährlicher Inventur.

* Teamarbeit & Kommunikation: Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Backoffice, der Disposition und dem Vertrieb zusammen - für reibungslose Abläufe und zufriedene Kund:innen.

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Heizungstechnik, Kältetechnik oder vergleichbar

* Auch Quereinsteiger:innen mit technischem Interesse und Lernbereitschaft sind herzlich willkommen

* Freundliches Auftreten, hohe Serviceorientierung und Freude am Kundenkontakt

* Erfahrung im Kundendienst, in der Installation oder Hydraulik von Vorteil

* Gute technische Auffassungsgabe und solide EDV-Kenntnisse
