Sie bieten Platz und Raum, um individuelle Wünsche zu erfüllen und überraschen mit Unerwartetem: E-Bike-Verleih, Café, Laufstrecke, Konzerte, Lesungen und vieles mehr. 1 Kundenservicemitarbeiter_in Gärtnerei- und Steinmetzbetrieb (w/m/d) Das erwartet Sie

* Persönliche, schriftliche und telefonische Betreuung von Kund*innen zu Produkten und Dienstleistungen der Friedhöfe Wien, insbesondere in den Bereichen Gärtnerei, Binderei und Steinmetzbetrieb

* Professionelle Bearbeitung von Beschwerden sowie Wiederherstellung der Kund*innenzufriedenheit

* Erfassung und Pflege von Daten rund um Kund*innenanliegen in relevanten Systemen

* Zeitnahe Bearbeitung von Anfragen sowie Überprüfung von Bestellungen zur Gewährleistung einer reibungslosen Auftragsabwicklung

* Aktive Mitwirkung bei der kontinuierliche Optimierung von Prozessen mit Schwerpunkt Fokus auf Digitalisierung und Automatisierung sowie an der Weiterentwicklung eines modernen, gemeinsamen Kundenservice in der Abteilung Betriebe

* Enge bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen zur Sicherstellung eines hochwertigen Kund*innenservices

Das bringen Sie mit

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische, gärtnerische oder steinmetzspezifische Ausbildung bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Erfahrung in der Kund*innenbetreuung sowie im professionellen Umgang mit Beschwerden

* Ausgeprägte Kund*innen- und Serviceorientierung sowie Freude an einem abwechslungsreichen Aufgabengebiet

* Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie ausgeprägte Teamorientierung, verbunden mit einer selbstständigen, strukturierten und lösungsorientierten Arbeitsweise

* Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse sowie Lernbereitschaft und Interesse an fachlicher sowie persönlicher Weiterentwicklung; SAP-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil

* Quereinsteiger*innen mit ausgeprägter Serviceorientierung und Freude im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen IT-Anwendungen sind herzlich willkommen
