't Nokkenwiel Elke dag bouwen we aan kwaliteit: samen, voor elk kind en steeds een stukje beter IKC het Nokkenwiel is een school in ontwikkeling; om onze onderwijskwaliteit verder te versterken, zoeken we een ervaren Kwaliteitscoördinator (KC'er) voor 0,8 tot 1,0 fte. Met ons betrokken team werken we dagelijks aan onderwijs waarin ieder kind tot zijn recht komt en kan groeien, cognitief en sociaal. Er ligt een duidelijke en kansrijke opdracht: samen met de directie en het team geef je richting aan kwaliteitsontwikkeling en bouw je verder aan onze school als professionele organisatie. Een mooie uitdaging voor iemand die energie krijgt van verbinden, verbeteren en bouwen aan toekomstgericht onderwijs. Hoe ziet je dag eruit? Als onze kwaliteitscoördinator speel jij een sleutelrol in het versterken van de onderwijskwaliteit en de professionele ontwikkeling van het team. Jij coördineert, inspireert en ondersteunt collega's bij het verder verbeteren van het onderwijs. Je werkt nauw samen met de directie, je collega KC'er en de specialisten aan goed, inclusief en passend onderwijs, waarbij de kwaliteiten van leraren optimaal worden benut. Je richt je op het versterken van de basis zodat alle leerlingen goed tot leren komen en de behoefte aan extra ondersteuning afneemt. Je bent een lerende professional: je geeft het goede voorbeeld in reflectie, samenwerking en groei. Met jouw kennis, coaching en analytische blik help je collega's om planmatig, doelgericht en effectief te handelen in de klas. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Je verzamelt en analyseert school- en leerlingdata en voert trendanalyses uit. - Je coacht en ondersteunt collega's bij opbrengst- en handelingsgericht werken. - Je levert een actieve bijdrage aan de visie op leren en ontwikkelen. - Je bouwt een netwerk op en haalt nieuwe onderwijskundige inzichten de school in. - Je bewaakt de uitvoering van beleid, processen en gemaakte afspraken. - Je geeft uit...
