Wat ga je doen?

Zorg jij ervoor dat elk onderdeel perfect de productie verlaat? Als kwaliteitscontroleur speel je een belangrijke rol in de productie van onderdelen voor hoogspanningskabels die wereldwijd worden gebruikt in grote energieprojecten en offshore windparken.

Wat ga je doen? - Afgewerkte onderdelen nauwkeurig controleren op kwaliteit, afmetingen en eventuele afwijkingen. - Visuele kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren en fouten of beschadigingen opsporen. - Onderdelen opmeten met de voorziene meetinstrumenten. - Controleren of producten voldoen aan de vastgelegde specificaties en kwaliteitsnormen. - Afwijkingen of productiefouten tijdig signaleren en rapporteren. - Registreren en opvolgen van uitgevoerde kwaliteitscontroles. - Overleggen met productie bij problemen of terugkerende afwijkingen. - Zorgen voor een nette, veilige en georganiseerde werkplek. - Mee waken over een constante en hoge productkwaliteit.

Je werkt in een afwisslend 2-ploegensysteem (vroege en late ploeg).

Wie ben jij?

  • Je bent leergierig en hebt de drive om meer kennis op te doen.
  • Je bent instaat om hoofdberekeningen te maken (maal, plus etc.).
  • Je bent nauwkeurig in het noteren van rapportages.

Opleiding: Je kan een diploma A2 of hoger voorleggen of je kan dit gelijkstellen door relevante ervaring.

Vakkennis: Je hebt een eerste ervaring binnen de productie of een technische achtergrond.

Talenkennis: Je kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Nederlands, zowel begrijpen, schrijven, spreken als lezen.

Attesten: Geen specifieke attesten vereist.
