Een meetlint, jouw scherpe oog en een flinke dosis groen hart, meer heb je niet nodig. Als Kwaliteitscontroleur Duurzaam Bouwen inspecteer je projecten die ertoe doen. Jij zorgt dat elk detail klopt, tot aan de laatste duurzame schroef. Wat ga je doen? Voor onze opdrachtgever duik je in de wereld van modulair en toekomstgericht bouwen. Jij reist het land door en inspecteert duurzame units alsof het je eigen projecten zijn. Maten? Die kloppen tot op de millimeter. Materialen? Alleen volgens de hoogste standaard. Jij bent de schakel tussen visie en werkelijkheid. Je werkt in een innovatieve omgeving waar duurzaamheid geen modewoord is, maar de norm. Je kijkt kritisch, legt alles vast en overlegt met bouwpartners om de kwaliteit te blijven verbeteren. Met jouw bevindingen zorg je dat elk bouwproject niet alleen stevig staat, maar ook goed voelt, voor nu én de toekomst. Jouw werkzaamheden - Uitvoeren van gedetailleerde kwaliteitsinspecties op bouwlocaties; - Checken van maatvoering en materiaalgebruik volgens specificaties; - Vastleggen van bevindingen in overzichtelijke rapportages; - Overleggen met uitvoerders, projectleiders en andere betrokkenen; - Signaleren en aandragen van verbeteringen op gebied van duurzaamheid. Wat heb jij in huis? - Een mbo-diploma richting bouwkunde of techniek; - Haarscherp oog voor detail en bouwkundig inzicht; - Kennis van bouwprocessen en duurzaam bouwen; - Communicatief sterk en niet bang om je mening te geven; - Nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en oplossingsgericht.
