Onze klant is een vooraanstaand hightech productiebedrijf in de regio Eindhoven, gespecialiseerd in de systeemintegratie van mechatronische (sub)systemen en modules voor OEM's van hightech kapitaalgoederen, en daarnaast actief op het gebied van productiemechanisatie. Als systeemleverancier bieden zij de volledige waardeketen: van (co-)ontwerp en onderdelenproductie tot montage, kwaliteitscontrole en testen. Over de functie

Als kwaliteitscontroleur bij de outgoing goods control speel je een cruciale rol in het waarborgen van de productkwaliteit. Dat lukt door een sterke samenwerking tussen de montage en de kwaliteitscontroleurs. Samen zorg je ervoor dat producten altijd voldoen aan de hoogste kwaliteitseisen. Door open communicatie en teamwork los je problemen snel op en verbetert de kwaliteit continu. Je borgt de kwaliteit richting de klanten en zorgt ervoor dat de monteurs zonder verstoringen kunnen doorwerken.

Je belangrijkste werkzaamheden:

  • Uitvoeren van controles op uitgaande goederen volgens technische tekeningen, inclusief materiaalsoort, maatvoering en reinheid
  • Visuele controle van producten en verpakkingen, en controle op beschadigingen
  • Controleren en archiveren van de bijbehorende documentatie op juistheid en volledigheid

Wat je meebrengt

  • Je bent sterk en besluitvaardig
  • Mbo-niveau 3 werk- en denkniveau
  • Beschikbaar in dagdienst, met bereidheid tot werken in 2-ploegendienst
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels
  • Basisvaardigheden in het lezen van technische tekeningen
  • Kennis van Microsoft Office, met name Excel
  • Bereid om volledig in een cleanroom omgeving te werken
