The posting

Voor een bedrijf gelegen te Haaltert zijn we op zoek naar een kwaliteitscontroleur.

Taakomschrijving: De geproduceerde weefsel moet visueel gecontroleerd worden op afwijkingen. Deze afwijkingen worden in de mate van het mogelijk hersteld om zo het kwaliteitsniveau waarvoor we bekend staan te garanderen.

In het IT-systeem is een planning beschikbaar, welke rollen dienen gecontroleerd te worden. De operator haalt de desbetreffende rollen uit stock mbv een vorkheftruck met pin of rolbrug. De te inspecteren rol moet in de inspectie machine gebracht worden. Vervolgens moet de machine verder voorbereid worden tot het inspectiewerk kan starten. Tijdens de inspectie moet de operator visueel het, voornamelijk wit, weefsel controleren, Vastgestelde fouten registreren en repareren waar mogelijk. Eens de volledige rol gecontroleerd is moet deze verpakt worden alsook klaargemaakt worden voor verzending.

De interne opleiding tot "verificateur" zal plaatsvinden in een 2 ploegenstelsel en neemt tot maximaal 2 maand in beslag.

  • Je kan werken in een vaste nachtploeg. Maandag tot donderdag van 22:00 tot 06:00 en vrijdag van 18:00 tot 24:00. Je zal alleen werken op deze afdeling. opleiding zal in 2 ploegen zijn.
  • 38 uren week met collectieve sluiting in de zomer (±3 weken) en met Kerst ± 2 weken. dus er zijn maar 2 vrij te kiezen dagen op een jaar.
