Bij Konnekt zijn we op zoek naar een Quality Engineer.

Heb jij een technische achtergrond en een uitgesproken interesse in kwaliteit, lastechniek en complexe constructies? Wil je een rol waarin je niet alleen kwaliteitsdocumentatie beheert, maar ook nauw betrokken bent bij projecten, inspecties en de technische uitvoering?

Onze klant is een gespecialiseerde Belgische maakonderneming die technisch complexe installaties en constructies ontwikkelt voor veeleisende industriële toepassingen. Geen klassieke serieproductie, maar maatwerk waarbij materialen, lastechnieken, traceerbaarheid en strenge kwaliteitsvereisten een belangrijke rol spelen.

Om de kwaliteitswerking verder te versterken, zoeken we een Quality Engineer die mee waakt over de kwaliteit van lopende projecten en zich verder wil verdiepen in QA/QC binnen een technisch uitdagende omgeving.

Functieomschrijving Als Quality engineer ben je van dichtbij betrokken bij de kwaliteitsopvolging van technische projecten. Je werkt nauw samen met de Quality Manager en verschillende interne technische afdelingen en vormt daarnaast een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor klanten en externe inspecteurs.

Je combineert technische kwaliteitscontrole met coördinatie en documentatie en krijgt de kans om je expertise binnen QA/QC en lastechniek verder uit te bouwen.

Concreet sta je in voor:

  • Het voorbereiden, uitvoeren en opvolgen van kwaliteitscontroles binnen lopende projecten.
  • Het opstellen, verzamelen, controleren en beheren van QC-documentatie.
  • Het bewaken van projectspecifieke kwaliteitseisen en technische normen.
  • Het onderhouden van contacten met klanten en externe inspecteurs over kwaliteitsvereisten en controles.
  • Het voorbereiden en ondersteunen van interne en externe audits.
  • Het registreren en opvolgen van afwijkingen (NCR's) en corrigerende maatregelen.
  • Het mee bewaken van de kwaliteit van laswerkzaamheden en technische constructies.
  • Het ondersteunen bij technische kwaliteitsvraagstukken tijdens verschillende fases van een project.
  • Het meewerken aan de verdere optimalisatie van bestaande QA/QC-processen.
  • Het zorgen voor een correcte en volledige kwaliteitsdocumentatie richting de finale oplevering.

Je krijgt daarbij ondersteuning van ervaren collega's binnen Quality en bouwt geleidelijk een sterke expertise op rond kwaliteitscontrole, lastechniek, inspecties en internationale normen.

  • Je beschikt over een master ingenieursopleiding, bij voorkeur binnen Mechanica, Elektromechanica, Metaal, Lastechniek of een vergelijkbare richting.
  • Je hebt een eerste ervaring binnen Quality, QA/QC, technische controle, constructie of laswerk, óf een sterke interesse om je hierin verder te ontwikkelen.
  • Kennis van EN ISO- en/of ASME-normen vormt een sterke troef.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met een technische productie- of projectomgeving.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt een sterk oog voor detail.
  • Je bent administratief sterk en houdt ervan om technische dossiers correct en gestructureerd op te bouwen.
  • Je communiceert vlot met zowel interne collega's als klanten en externe inspecteurs.
  • Je werkt vlot met MS Office; ervaring met een ERP-systeem is mooi meegenomen.
  • Nederlands beheers je op C2-niveau.
