Altoni-Kelderman is een jong, dynamisch en groeiend voedingsbedrijf in Schoten, gespecialiseerd in het bereiden van maaltijdcomponenten van hoogstaande kwaliteit. Achter Altoni-Kelderman staat een sterk dynamisch team waarin samenwerking, betrokkenheid en de passie voor voeding vooropstaan. Om het hoge kwaliteitsniveau te handhaven naar de toekomst toe zijn ze op zoek naar een kwaliteitsmanager voor hun productiesite in Schoten.

Functie

Als kwaliteitsmanager speel je een cruciale rol binnen de organisatie. Je bent in deze veelzijdige functie verantwoordelijk voor het uittekenen en uitdragen van het kwaliteitsbeleid. Een blik op je takenpakket:

  • Je ontwikkelt en optimaliseert een toekomstgericht kwaliteitsbeleid dat gedragen wordt door alle teams.
  • Wetgeving, normen en interne richtlijnen? Jij weet ze moeiteloos te vertalen naar werkbare standaarden.
  • Interne audits, klachten of incidenten beschouw je als kansen om te verbeteren en bij te sturen.
  • Je creëert bewustwording rond hygiëne en kwaliteit en zet medewerkers aan tot ownership.
  • Het kwaliteitsteam, bestaande uit een kwaliteitscoördinator en assistent, krijgt van jou richting, vertrouwen en ondersteuning om te groeien.
  • Bij externe audits sta je stevig in je schoenen als eerste aanspreekpunt.
  • Je duikt in de cijfers, analyseert kwaliteitsdata en brengt KPI’s helder in beeld.
  • Samen met productie, R&D, planning en logistiek initieer je concrete verbetertrajecten.

Binnen deze rol ben je deel van het management en rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de bedrijfsleiding en familiale bestuurders.

Om deze vacature in Schoten in te vullen, zijn wij op zoek naar de persoon die zich in de volgende zaken herkent:

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor of master in de richting van kwaliteit, voeding of chemie.
  • Je brengt relevante ervaring mee uit de voedingssector, bij voorkeur in een gelijkaardige kwaliteitsrol.
  • HACCP, IFS, BRC en andere normen? Jij kent ze vanbinnen en vanbuiten.
  • Je weet data te vertalen naar inzichten en legt helder verantwoording af via rapportages.
  • Mensen coachen en teams begeleiden doe je met een natuurlijke flair en oprechte betrokkenheid.
  • Je weet je vlot verstaanbaar te maken in het Nederlands en Engels.
