Voor een moderne productieomgeving in de regio Komen zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven Kwaliteitsmanager die ownership neemt over kwaliteit, voedselveiligheid en continue verbetering. In deze sleutelrol krijg je veel autonomie, impact én de kans om samen met je team het verschil te maken voor klanten en consumenten.

Als Kwaliteitsmanager ben jij dé referentie op vlak van kwaliteit en voedselveiligheid binnen de site. Je bouwt het kwaliteitssysteem verder uit, bewaakt de naleving van normen en vertaalt kwaliteit naar de werkvloer.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Je bent de drijvende kracht achter het opzetten, onderhouden en verbeteren van het kwaliteitssysteem, gebaseerd op GMP, HACCP en kwaliteitsmanagement.
  • Je waakt over de naleving van IFS-, BRC- en Autocontrole-standaarden en houdt alles audit-proof.
  • Je coördineert en volgt inspecties en analyses op van grondstoffen, halffabricaten en eindproducten.
  • Je bereidt externe audits (klanten, FAVV, certificatie-instellingen) voor en voert ook interne audits uit.
  • Door productieprocessen kritisch te analyseren, spot je verbeterkansen en werk je samen met de operationele teams aan optimalisaties.
  • Je zorgt dat kwaliteit leeft op de werkvloer door training en coaching rond hygiëne, voedselveiligheid en kwaliteitsnormen.
  • Klachten en non-conformiteiten pak je professioneel aan via Root Cause Analyses en doeltreffende corrigerende maatregelen.
  • Je stuurt het kwaliteitsteam aan en zorgt voor duidelijke prioriteiten en een sterke samenwerking.
  • Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de siteverantwoordelijke en fungeert als strategische sparringpartner voor kwaliteit en voedselveiligheid.
  • Een masterdiploma (bio-ingenieur, industrieel ingenieur of gelijkaardig – voeding, chemie of biochemie).
  • Minstens 3 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige, leidinggevende kwaliteitsrol binnen de voedingsindustrie.
  • Grondige kennis van HACCP, IFS, BRC en Autocontrole.
  • Een gestructureerde, nauwkeurige en vooral hands-on manier van werken.
  • Sterke communicatieve skills in Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Je neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid en denkt in oplossingen
