  • Je werkt binnen de organisatie en ondersteunt verschillende Business Units (Air, Bulk, Recycling, Metal, Production en Installation) op het vlak van quality control en quality assurance.
  • Je integreert kwaliteitscontroles in diverse operationele processen via duidelijke Q-gates en zorgt zo voor een consistente kwaliteitsbewaking.
  • Vanuit bestaande QA-processen werk je verder aan het versterken en verankeren van de kwaliteitssystemen binnen de organisatie.
  • Je beheert NCR's en CAPA's, analyseert grondoorzaken en volgt corrigerende en preventieve acties nauwgezet op.
  • Je detecteert kwaliteitsnoden, analyseert verbeterkansen en initieert en implementeert verbeterprojecten.
  • Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit bij leveranciers, in productie en op werven om de kwaliteit van onderdelen en systemen te garanderen.
  • In samenwerking met verantwoordelijken binnen service en productie zorg je ervoor dat lessons learned structureel worden geborgd in toekomstige projecten.
  • Je ondersteunt en begeleidt verschillende teams om kwaliteit duurzaam te verankeren in hun werking en voorziet waar nodig opleidingen voor collega's.
  • De functie biedt groeimogelijkheden richting een bredere verantwoordelijkheid binnen kwaliteitsborging (QA).
  • Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan het management.

Ben jij de ideale match?

  • Je behaalde een masterdiploma in engineering en kan terugblikken op 10 jaar ervaring in kwaliteit.
  • Je weet CAPA's en NCR's gestructureerd te registeren, te analyseren en tot een correcte afsluit te brengen.
  • Met je pragmatische aanpak vertaal je technische kwaliteitsproblemen naar duidelijke, uitvoerbare maatregelen die direct toepasbaar zijn in engineering, productie en installatie.
  • Je hebt kennis van kwaliteitsnormen (PED, WPS, ISO, Leans, Six Sigma...) en methodieken.
  • Je bent praktisch ingesteld en voert nauwkeurige kwaliteitscontroles uit.
  • Met je probleemoplossend vermogen herken je snel kwaliteitsissues en kan je die doeltreffend aanpakken.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en weet hoe je zaken op een constructieve manier bespreekbaar maakt. Dankzij je overtuigende en toegankelijke stijl weet je teams te enthousiasmeren en betrokkenheid te creëren.
  • Nederlands, Frans en Engels spreek je vlot. Trek je je ook uit de slag in het Duits? Dat is zeker een plus!
  • Onze werven bevinden zich voornamelijk in West-Europa waardoor je de kans krijgt om occasioneel te reizen.
