Voor een groeiende en innovatieve producent binnen de voedingsindustrie zijn we op zoek naar een Kwaliteitsverantwoordelijke. In deze verantwoordelijke functie neem je de leiding over het volledige kwaliteits- en voedselveiligheidsbeleid en zorg je ervoor dat alle processen voldoen aan de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen.

Je combineert een sterke aanwezigheid op de werkvloer met een analytische en gestructureerde aanpak. Dankzij jouw expertise op vlak van HACCP, audits en kwaliteitsmanagement draag je rechtstreeks bij aan de verdere professionalisering van de organisatie.

Wat Ga Je Doen?

  • Je ontwikkelt, implementeert en bewaakt het kwaliteitsbeleid en vertaalt kwaliteitsdoelstellingen naar de dagelijkse werking.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledige HACCP-systeem en zorgt voor de correcte opvolging van alle voedselveiligheidsprocessen.
  • Je organiseert en begeleidt interne en externe audits, waaronder IFS, en volgt verbeteracties structureel op.
  • Je behandelt klachten, non-conformiteiten en afwijkingen en zet corrigerende en preventieve acties op.
  • Je beheert systemen rond Food Defense, Food Fraud en Food Safety Culture en zorgt voor een continue verbetering van het kwaliteitsbeleid.
  • Je beheert productspecificaties, technische fiches, analyseplannen en kwaliteitsdocumentatie.
  • Je voert kwaliteitsrondes uit op de werkvloer en werkt nauw samen met productie om processen verder te optimaliseren.

Wie Ben Je?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een voedingsgerelateerde richting of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen kwaliteit en voedselveiligheid in een productieomgeving.
  • Je beschikt over een grondige kennis van HACCP, IFS en kwaliteitsmanagementsystemen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, planmatig en neemt graag initiatief.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en weet medewerkers te enthousiasmeren en mee te nemen in kwaliteitsverbeteringen.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands. Kennis van Frans en Engels vormt een extra troef.
