Wat ga je doen als KWALITEITSMEDEWERKER?

  • Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit op materialen, producten en procedures tijdens verschillende stappen van het proces.
  • Je bewaakt de vastgelegde normen en signaleert afwijkingen voordat ze problemen worden.
  • Je analyseert kwaliteitsincidenten en denkt actief mee over verbeteracties.
  • Je verwerkt resultaten in rapporten en zorgt voor een correcte administratieve opvolging.
  • Je ondersteunt collega’s met richtlijnen en deelt kennis rond kwaliteitsbewust werken.

Wat verwachten we van jou als KWALITEITSMEDEWERKER?

  • Je beschikt over een technische of wetenschappelijke achtergrond, of hebt gelijkwaardige praktijkervaring.
  • Ervaring binnen een omgeving met strikte procedures vormt een mooie troef.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, denkt analytisch en zoekt graag naar duurzame oplossingen.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en kan je ook uitdrukken in het Engels.
  • Als Kwaliteitsmedewerker neem je verantwoordelijkheid en behoud je steeds het overzicht, ook wanneer de druk toeneemt.
