Wat ga je precies doen Als kwaliteitsmedewerker draag je bij aan het waarborgen van onze kwaliteitsnormen door nauwkeurige controles uit te voeren op kritische onderdelen. Je werkt zowel in onze high-end meetkamer als op de productievloer, waarbij je gebruikmaakt van diverse meetgereedschappen en 3D-meetmachines. Je beoordeelt producten aan de hand van technische tekeningen en specificaties en speelt een rol in het verbeteren van onze processen door kwaliteitsonderzoeken en klachtenafhandeling volgens het 8D-principe. Wat je gaat doen: - Uitvoeren: van kwaliteitscontroles op producten volgens technische specificaties en tekeningen. - Analyseren: van afwijkingen en het ondersteunen bij kwaliteitsonderzoeken om oorzaken te achterhalen. - Afhandelen: van interne en externe klachten volgens het 8D-principe en zorgen voor een correcte registratie. - Samenwerken: met afdelingen zoals productie, inkoop en sales om kwaliteitsnormen te waarborgen. - Werken: met diverse meetgereedschappen en 3D-meetmachines om nauwkeurige metingen te verrichten.
