The posting

Als kwaliteitsmedewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opvolgen en waarborgen van de kwaliteit tijdens het productieproces, met een sterke focus op voedselveiligheid en HACCP.

Je takenpakket omvat:

  • Toezicht houden op productspecificaties en het kwaliteitssysteem.
  • Controleren en verifiëren van kritische controlepunten binnen het HACCP-systeem.
  • Nazicht en kalibratie van apparatuur (labo, lasers, metaaldetectoren).
  • Opvolgen van non-conformiteiten en communiceren van corrigerende acties.
  • Controleren van inkomende diepvriesproducten
  • Uitvoeren van inspecties tijdens productie en controle van eindproducten
  • Waken over naleving van interne procedures en klantspecificaties.
  • Uitvoeren van productanalyses (sensorisch, fysico-chemisch en microbiologisch)
  • Informeren en sensibiliseren van medewerkers rond hygiëne en HACCP
  • Onthaal en opleiding van nieuwe medewerkers

Je werkt hoofdzakelijk in de nachtploeg, met flexibiliteit om bij rustigere periodes in een 2-ploegensysteem te werken.

Voor deze functie zoeken wij een nauwkeurige en kwaliteitsbewuste kandidaat.

  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands en een sterke kennis van het Frans
  • Bereidheid om in de nachtploeg te werken (met flexibiliteit naar 2 ploegen)
  • Sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en oog voor detail
  • Kennis van HACCP en kwaliteitssystemen is een pluspunt
  • Interesse in de voedingssector
  • Communicatief sterk en in staat om medewerkers aan te sturen en te begeleiden
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken en beslissingen durven nemen
