Kwaliteitsmedewerker Participatie Gemeente Renkum Omschrijving opdracht Ga direct naar Let op: - EIS 1 en 2 worden versoepeld naar minimaal 3 jaar ervaring - Kennis van jeugdwet vervalt Opdrachtomschrijving Ter tijdelijke versterking van het team zijn wij op zoek naar een Kwaliteitsmedewerker Participatie. In deze opdracht ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren en borgen van kwaliteitswerkzaamheden binnen het sociaal domein. Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit op dossiers aan de hand van steekproeven en themacontroles in KIK. Op basis van jouw bevindingen geef je inhoudelijke feedback aan consulenten en coach je hen in de dagelijkse praktijk, waarbij het vergroten van hun vakinhoudelijke kennis en zelfstandigheid centraal staat. Daarnaast behandel je inhoudelijke vragen over de uitvoering van de Participatiewet. Je werkt hierbij nauw samen met het functioneel beheer bij vraagstukken rondom Suite. Ook denk je mee met de jurist bij bezwaar- en beroepsprocedures en beoordeel je of dossiers zorgvuldig en rechtmatig zijn afgehandeld. Tot slot ben je het inhoudelijke aanspreekpunt voor vragen vanuit de interne controle. Resultaat van de opdracht - Het uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles op dossiers binnen de Participatiewet door middel van steekproeven en themacontroles in KIK. - Het signaleren van kwaliteitsverbeteringen en hierover adviseren richting consulenten en teamleiders. - Het coachen van consulenten op vakinhoudelijke kwaliteit, met als doel hun kennis en zelfstandigheid te vergroten. - Het beantwoorden van inhoudelijke vragen over de uitvoering van de Participatiewet. - Het ondersteunen bij vraagstukken rondom Suite in samenwerking met functioneel beheer. - Het inhoudelijk adviseren bij bezwaar- en beroepszaken door dossiers te beoordelen op rechtmatigheid en kwaliteit. - Het fungeren als inhoudelijk aanspreekpunt voor de interne controle. - Het leveren van een aantoonbare bijdrage aan de verdere verbetering en borging v...
