The posting

In deze functie volg je mee op of het productieproces aan de juiste kwaliteits- en voedselveiligheidsnormen voldoet. Je controleert de verschillende stappen, neemt stalen en houdt afwijkingen in de gaten. Je bent daarbij niet de hele dag met administratie bezig. Je komt ook op de productievloer, werkt samen met collega's en krijgt een duidelijk zicht op het volledige proces. Daarnaast neem je een deel van de labo- en administratieve taken op. Je krijgt bij de start een interne opleiding en kan daarna rekenen op begeleiding van collega's die de werking kennen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je plant je eigen werkzaamheden en stemt de prioriteiten af met je collega's en je controleert dagelijks de kritische controlepunten (CCP's) binnen het productieproces
  • Je volgt de kwaliteit op van de verse groenten tot het diepgevroren en verpakte eindproduct en je neemt stalen en voert kwaliteitscontroles uit
  • Je stelt optische sorteerders af en controleert de werking ervan en je helpt bij het opstellen en aanpassen van procedures
  • Je ondersteunt bij de voorbereiding van voedingsaudits, voert interne labo-analyses uit, waaronder bacteriologische controles en je verzorgt de nodige administratie en rapportering

Waar ga je werken? Je werkt binnen een familiale productieomgeving waar verse groenten worden verwerkt tot diepgevroren en verpakte voedingsproducten. Kwaliteit, hygiëne en voedselveiligheid zijn er geen losse begrippen, maar maken deel uit van het dagelijkse werk. Je komt terecht in een team waarin collega's rechtstreeks met elkaar samenwerken. Je krijgt een degelijke opleiding, kan met vragen bij ervaren collega's terecht en weet duidelijk waarvoor je verantwoordelijk bent.

  • Je beschikt over een bacheloropleiding in agro, voeding, biologie of een gelijkaardige richting en je hebt interesse in voeding en/of landbouw
  • Ervaring binnen kwaliteit of voeding is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste en je kan zelfstandig je werk organiseren en prioriteiten stellen
  • Je hebt aandacht voor kwaliteit, hygiëne en voedselveiligheid en je bent bereid om bij te leren en de interne werking goed onder de knie te krijgen
