Voor een Belgisch chocoladebedrijf in Lokeren zijn we op zoek naar een Quality Manager die mee de kwaliteitsstandaard van de organisatie naar een hoger niveau tilt.

Het bedrijf maakt deel uit van een groep die al meer dan 25 jaar actief is binnen de chocoladesector. Vanuit Lokeren worden pralines en holfiguren geproduceerd voor internationale retailklanten, zowel voor seizoensgebonden collecties als voor producten die het hele jaar door verkrijgbaar zijn.

Je komt terecht in een moderne en familiale productieomgeving waar kwaliteit, voedselveiligheid en continue verbetering centraal staan.

Jobomschrijving

Als Quality Manager ben je de drijvende kracht achter het kwaliteitsbeleid binnen de organisatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat kwaliteit niet enkel een verantwoordelijkheid van de kwaliteitsafdeling is, maar doorheen de volledige organisatie gedragen wordt.

Je takenpakket is gevarieerd en omvat onder andere:

  • Je ontwikkelt, implementeert en bewaakt het kwaliteitsbeleid en de kwaliteitssystemen
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat interne processen optimaal beheerst en continu verbeterd worden
  • Je waakt over de naleving van internationale normen en klantenvereisten, waaronder BRCGS, IFS, ACS, Rainforest Alliance, RSPO, Fairtrade, SMETA en FSMA
  • Je volgt ook specifieke vereisten rond Halal en Kosher op
  • Je houdt nieuwe wetgeving en kwaliteitsnormen nauwlettend in de gaten en vertaalt deze naar de organisatie
  • Je organiseert en begeleidt externe audits en zorgt voor een correcte opvolging van de daaruit voortvloeiende actiepunten
  • Je bewaakt de traceerbaarheid van grondstoffen, verpakkingen en eindproducten
  • Je behandelt kwaliteitsklachten en gebruikt root cause analyses om structurele verbeteringen door te voeren
  • Je stimuleert het kwaliteitsbewustzijn op de werkvloer en organiseert opleidingen en verbeteracties
  • Je beheert productspecificaties, etiketteringen, technische fiches en analysecertificaten
  • Je werkt mee aan de kwaliteitsopvolging van nieuwe productontwikkelingen
  • Je hebt interesse in preventie en welzijn op het werk en krijgt de mogelijkheid om de rol van preventieadviseur op te nemen
  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma (Bio-ingenieur, Industrieel Ingenieur voedingstechnologie of gelijkwaardig) en hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige kwaliteitsfunctie binnen de voedingssector
  • Je hebt een grondige kennis van internationale kwaliteitssystemen en ervaring met het implementeren en borgen ervan
  • Je bent een sterke communicator en people manager die collega's kan enthousiasmeren en coachen rond kwaliteit
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en zelfstandig, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en hebt oog voor detail
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels; Frans is een pluspunt
  • Je bent vlot met MS Office en ERP-systemen
  • Je beschikt over een attest Preventieadviseur niveau 3, of bent bereid dit te behalen
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in voedselveiligheid, kwaliteit en continue verbetering
