DAS ERWARTET DICH

* Als Teil unseres Teams Oberfläche lackierst du unsere hochwertigen Fenster und Türen

* Du mischt eigenständig auf den Kundenwunsch abgestimmte Lacke und führst an der manuell geführten Anlage die Lackierung durch

* In Eigenverantwortung hältst du die Lackieranlage sauber und führst kleinere Wartungsarbeiten durch (gröbere Störungen kannst du an die Instandhaltungsabteilung melden).

* Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards

* Kontinuierliche Optimierung der Produktionsprozesse zur Verbesserung der Anlagenverfügbarkeit

* Einhaltung der Sicherheitsstandards sowie Aufrechterhaltung von Ordnung und Sauberkeit im Arbeitsbereich

DAS ZEICHNET DICH AUS

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Lackierer von Vorteil

* Idealerweise hast du Berufserfahrung in der Oberflächenbehandlung von Holz

* Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und Begeisterung für verantwortungsvolle Oberflächenverarbeitung

* Du bist Teamfähig und Bereitschaft zu Überstunden

* Du behältst auch in stressigen Situationen einen kühlen Kopf und arbeitest effizient

* Der Tätigkeit entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse

DAS BIETEN WIR DIR

Diese Stelle ist unter Berücksichtigung des KV Holzindustrie mit einem Bruttostundenlohn von EUR 19,60 dotiert (inkl. Oberfläche-Zulage) mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung. Das tatsächliche Gehalt richtet sich nach deinen Erfahrungen und Qualifikationen.
