FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Voor een vleesverwerkend bedrijf in de regio van Tielt zijn we op zoek naar een Lader-Documentbeheerder.Hier ben je verantwoordelijk voor het laden en verplaatsen van vrachtwagens, evenals het correct afwerken van de benodigde vervoersdocumenten voor het vertrek van de voertuigen.Elke vrachtwagen die moet worden geladen, wordt beschouwd als een apart project, wat betekent dat afwisseling en uitdaging dagelijkse kost zijn.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Laden van vrachtwagens met goederen volgens planning en specificaties
  • Correct gebruik van rollend materieel zoals heftrucks, clarcks en andere laadapparatuur.
  • Zorgdragen voor het veilig en efficiënt verplaatsen van vrachtwagens op het terrein.
  • Opstellen en afwerken van de vereiste vervoersdocumenten (bijvoorbeeld CMR-documenten, laadbonnen, etc.) voor het vertrek van de vrachtwagens.
  • Inspecteren van vrachtwagens op veiligheid en technische staat voor vertrek.
  • Nauw samenwerken met logistiek en magazijnpersoneel om ervoor te zorgen dat de laadprocedures soepel verlopen.
  • Signaleren van eventuele problemen tijdens het laden of met de vrachtwagens en deze rapporteren aan de leidinggevende.
  • Flexibiliteit om verschillende soorten ladingen en projecten aan te pakken, aangezien elke vrachtwagen een uniek project is

PROFIEL

  • Opleiding/Ervaring: Voorgaande ervaring is niet noodzakelijk.
  • Voeling met rollend materieel: Affiniteit of interesse in voertuigen, heftrucks en laadapparatuur is een must.
  • Een C of CE rijbewijs is een troef.
  • Technische interesse: Bereidheid om te leren over vrachtwagens en de technische aspecten van het laden en verplaatsen van goederen.
  • Oog voor detail: Nauwkeurigheid in het afhandelen van documenten en het laden van goederen volgens veiligheidsvoorschriften.
  • Flexibel en probleemoplossend: Je houdt van afwisseling en ziet elk laadproces als een uitdagend project.
  • Fysiek werk: Bereidheid om fysiek werk uit te voeren in een dynamische omgeving.
