Wir suchen: 1 Lagerleiter_in Vollzeit (38,5 h/Woche) Standort: 7025 Pöttelsdorf

Sie sind verlässlich, strukturiert und packen selbst mit an? Sie haben Führungserfahrung und wollen ein Lagerteam von bis zu 8 Mitarbeitern aktiv führen und weiterentwickeln? Dann sind Sie bei uns genau richtig!

Ihre Aufgaben

* Teamführung & Personalverantwortung: Führung, Einteilung und Weiterentwicklung des Lagerteams (bis zu 8 Mitarbeiter:innen) - inkl. Personalplanung, Schulungen und Leistungsmanagement.

* Operative Lagerleitung: Steuerung des gesamten Lagerbetriebs (Wareneingang, Kommissionierung, Warenausgang, Versandvorbereitung).

* Prozessmanagement: Koordination und Optimierung aller Lagerprozesse (Bestandsmanagement, Inventuren, Fehlmengenklärung, Retourenabwicklung).

* Logistik & Dokumentation: Erstellung von Lieferscheinen, Packlisten und Versandunterlagen; Abstimmung mit Speditionen und Transportunternehmen.

* Qualität & Ordnung: Sicherstellung von Sauberkeit, effizienter Lagerorganisation und Einhaltung von Sicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards.

Ihr Profil

* Berufserfahrung: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Lager-, Logistik- oder Speditionsbereich. Nachweisbare Führungserfahrung (z. B. als Lagerleiter:in, Schichtleiter:in oder Teamleiter:in).

* Fachliche Qualifikationen: Gültiger Staplerschein und praktische Erfahrung mit Flurförderfahrzeugen. Fundierte Kenntnisse in Lagerverwaltung, Bestandsmanagement und Logistikprozessen (ERP/WMS-Kenntnisse von Vorteil).

* Sprachen: Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. B2-Niveau).

* Soft Skills: Hands-on-Mentalität, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise. Teamfähigkeit, Einsatzbereitschaft und Führungsstärke.
