Ben jij een ervaren landmeter die meer wil doen dan alleen opmetingen uitvoeren? Wil je jouw expertise inzetten voor complexe infrastructuur-, bouw- en verkavelingsprojecten? Krijg jij energie van technische verantwoordelijkheid én het aansturen van een team? Dan is deze uitdagende functie als senior landmeter in Wondelgem misschien jouw volgende stap.

Als senior landmeter combineer je technische expertise, terreinwerk, projectcoördinatie en teamleiding.

Je krijgt een sleutelrol binnen verschillende bouw- en infrastructuurprojecten en zorgt ervoor dat meetgegevens correct worden verzameld, verwerkt en vertaald naar bruikbare plannen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Zelfstandig uitvoeren van topografische opmetingen op infrastructuur-, bouw- en verkavelingswerven.
  • Aansturen en begeleiden van een team van landmeters en topografische tekenaars.
  • Coördineren van externe partners wanneer het project daarom vraagt.
  • Werken met moderne meetapparatuur zoals GNSS/GPS, total stations, drones en 3D-scanners.
  • Verwerken, controleren en interpreteren van meetgegevens.
  • Opstellen van meetplannen, grensplannen en technische plannen.
  • Controleren van bestaande plannen en zorgen voor een correcte overdracht van meetdata.
  • Opstellen van de planning van jouw team in overleg met de projectleiders.
  • Jouw technische expertise inzetten tijdens de werkvoorbereiding en projectopstart.
  • Samenwerken met landmeters, tekenaars, ingenieurs en projectleiders tijdens verschillende projectfasen.
  • Meewerken aan de kwaliteitscontrole en optimalisatie van topografische meetprocessen.
  • Rapporteren over jouw werkzaamheden en projecten aan de operationeel directeur.
  • Je hebt een master landmeetkunde of een gelijkwaardige opleiding.
  • Je beschikt over minstens 8 jaar relevante ervaring als landmeter.
  • Je hebt een grondige kennis van topografie, GNSS en total stations.
  • Je kunt vlot overweg met digitale software zoals AutoCAD, Civil 3D en Trimble Business Center.
  • Ervaring met 3D-scanning, drones of BIM-integratie is een sterke troef.
  • Je hebt kennis van de juridische en administratieve aspecten van opmetingen en grensbepalingen.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
