LIV@HOME is een professioneel en groeiend landmeet- en vastgoedkantoor in de regio Putte/Sint-Katelijne-Waver. Wij begeleiden onze klanten van opmeting en verkaveling tot deskundig advies en bieden ondersteuning bij aankoop en verkoop. Wij hanteren een persoonlijke aanpak, ondersteund door brede vakkennis (juridisch, stedenbouwkundig, fiscaal en commercieel). Zo houden we alles in eigen beheer en heeft u één vast aanspreekpunt.

Functie:

Als landmeter maak je deel uit van een dynamisch en hecht team. Je staat in voor een gevarieerd takenpakket waarin terreinwerk en bureauwerk elkaar perfect afwisselen. Je werkt mee aan uiteenlopende projecten en begeleidt dossiers van A tot Z.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Uitvoeren van diverse opmetingen en uitzetwerk
  • Grensonderzoeken, afpalingen en het opmaken van plannen
  • Opmaken en opvolgen van dossiers in het kader van omgevings- en vergunningsaanvragen (o.a. verkavelingen, terreinaanlegwerken, functiewijzigingen, …)
  • Overleg en besprekingen met klanten en verschillende overheidsinstanties
  • Verwerking en administratieve opvolging van de projecten op kantoor
  • Je beschikt over een Bachelor Vastgoed (optie landmeter) of Master Industrieel Ingenieur Bouwkunde (optie landmeten) of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je hebt ervaring met:
  • klassieke opmetingen
  • grensreconstructies en technische opmetingen
  • het opmaken van omgevingsvergunningsdossiers
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en nauwkeurig, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en communiceert vlot
  • Je bent positief ingesteld en klantgericht
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands perfect, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk (kennis van Frans en/of Engels is een pluspunt)
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Office en Pythagoras
  • Je houdt van een afwisselende functie met terreinwerk én bureauwerk
  • Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B
