Als lasser werk je in een moderne werkplaats waar kwaliteit, nauwkeurigheid en veiligheid centraal staan en waar duidelijke werkprocessen gehanteerd worden. Je speelt een belangrijke rol in het totale productieproces en werkt met verschillende metaalbewerkingsmachines en gereedschappen, volgens vaste specificaties en technische plannen. Samen met je collega's draag je bij aan een nette en georganiseerde werkplek, waar elk stuk volgens de juiste specificaties wordt afgewerkt. Deze functie is geschikt voor kandidaten met een technische achtergrond in metaal of mechanica die hun praktische skills verder willen ontwikkelen binnen een stabiele werkomgeving.

Wat ga je doen:

  • Bewerken, monteren en vormen van metalen onderdelen volgens technische plannen en vastgelegde specificaties.
  • Werken met verschillende metaalbewerkingsmachines en gereedschappen, afgestemd op het type metaalbewerking.
  • Uitvoeren van bewerkingen zoals zagen, boren, plooien, lassen en slijpen op metalen onderdelen.
  • Lezen en interpreteren van technische tekeningen om de juiste bewerkingen en afmetingen te bepalen.
  • Zelfstandig instellen en bedienen van machines, waaronder de plooibank, volgens voorgeschreven parameters.
  • Controleren van de kwaliteit van afgewerkte stukken en tijdig signaleren van eventuele afwijkingen.
  • Zorg dragen voor een veilige, nette en georganiseerde werkplek volgens de geldende veiligheidsrichtlijnen.
  • Zorgen dat elk stuk perfect wordt afgewerkt volgens de juiste technische specificaties en eisen.

Wat vragen wij?

  • Je hebt een technische opleiding in metaal, mechanica of een gelijkaardige technische richting gevolgd.
  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring in metaalbewerking of in een productieomgeving met metaalbewerkingstaken.
  • Je kunt technische plannen lezen en deze correct toepassen in je dagelijkse werkzaamheden.
  • Je hebt ervaring met machines, waarbij ervaring met CNC-machines een duidelijk pluspunt vormt.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, hebt oog voor detail en controleert je eigen werk systematisch.
  • Je bent een teamspeler met een hands-on mentaliteit en neemt actief deel aan het productieproces.
  • Je werkt veilig, kwaliteitsgericht en volgt de geldende procedures en instructies zorgvuldig op.
