Ben jij een ervaren lasser-constructeur die liever aan unieke machines werkt dan aan repetitieve seriewerkstukken? Dan ligt hier een mooie uitdaging voor een vakman die kwaliteit belangrijk vindt en graag een stap verder gaat dan enkel het uitvoeren van zijn opdracht.

Deze technisch gespecialiseerde onderneming richt zich op de ontwikkeling en realisatie van hoogwaardige maatwerkmachines en complexe metaalconstructies. Elk project brengt nieuwe technische uitdagingen met zich mee en vraagt om een combinatie van precisie, vakkennis en probleemoplossend vermogen.

Dankzij de nauwe samenwerking tussen engineering en productie worden ontwerpen niet alleen theoretisch uitgewerkt, maar ook praktisch getoetst op de werkvloer. Er wordt geluisterd naar de mensen die dagelijks met het materiaal en de machines werken. Hierdoor krijgt een ervaren lasser-constructeur de mogelijkheid om echt impact te hebben op het eindresultaat.

Naast het eigen werk speelt deze functie ook een belangrijke rol binnen het team. Kennis delen, collega's ondersteunen en meedenken over betere oplossingen behoren mee tot de verantwoordelijkheid. Een functie voor iemand die fier is op zijn vak en zijn ervaring graag gebruikt om zowel projecten als collega's naar een hoger niveau te tillen.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Opbouwen, samenstellen en lassen van complexe maatwerkconstructies en machines
  • Uitvoeren van hoogwaardige laswerken met halfautomaat en TIG
  • Zelfstandig technische plannen analyseren en de meest geschikte werk- en lasvolgorde bepalen
  • Fungeren als ervaren aanspreekpunt voor lastechnische vragen binnen de werkplaats
  • Ondersteunen en begeleiden van collega's met minder ervaring
  • Technische feedback geven aan engineers over ontwerpen en mogelijke verbeteringen
  • Bewaken van kwaliteit, maatvoering, afwerking en veiligheid tijdens het productieproces
  • Uitvoeren van controles op het eigen werk en dat van collega's waar nodig
  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring als lasser-constructeur, bij voorkeur binnen een omgeving met machinebouw of maatwerk
  • Een goede beheersing van halfautomaat en TIG
  • Het vermogen om complexe technische plannen zelfstandig te lezen en correct te vertalen naar de werkvloer
  • Een zelfstandige, nauwkeurige en verantwoordelijke werkhouding met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Perfect Nederlandstalig in kader van veiligheidsvoorschriften
