Krijg jij energie van metaalbewerking, maatwerk en constructies die tot in de kleinste details moeten kloppen? Voor een technisch gespecialiseerde onderneming zoeken we een Lasser die graag meewerkt aan unieke opbouwprojecten.

De organisatie is gespecialiseerd in de opbouw en inrichting van bedrijfsvoertuigen, waarbij maatwerk centraal staat. Jaarlijks worden honderden voertuigen volledig afgestemd op de specifieke wensen en toepassingen van de klant. Van een eerste voorbereiding tot de uiteindelijke montage en afwerking wordt het volledige project met de nodige precisie gerealiseerd.

Binnen de werkplaats is geen plaats voor repetitief werk. Elk voertuig brengt andere technische uitdagingen met zich mee en vraagt om technisch inzicht, nauwkeurigheid en een sterke kwaliteitszin. Er wordt gewerkt in een hecht team, waarbij collega's elkaar ondersteunen en samen zoeken naar de beste oplossing.

Hier krijg je de kans om mee te bouwen aan uiteenlopende voertuigen, containersystemen, wisselsystemen en kraanconstructies. Een mooie opportuniteit voor iemand die graag met zijn handen werkt en tegelijk technisch wil blijven groeien.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Samen met een collega realiseren van een volledige constructie van voorbereiding tot eindafwerking
  • Interpreteren van technische plannen en deze correct vertalen naar de werkvloer
  • Voorbereiden, samenstellen en monteren van verschillende metalen onderdelen
  • Uitvoeren van laswerken volgens de vereiste kwaliteit en afwerkingsgraad
  • Meewerken aan uiteenlopende constructies zoals containersystemen, wisselsystemen en kraanopbouwen
  • Controleren van maatvoering, afwerking en kwaliteit van de gerealiseerde constructies
  • Actief meedenken over technische oplossingen tijdens de opbouw
  • Samenwerken met collega's om projecten efficiënt en kwalitatief af te werken
  • Een eerste relevante werkervaring als lasser, monteur of constructiearbeider, of een technische opleiding met kennis van lassen
  • Sterk technisch inzicht en een nauwkeurige werkhouding
  • Zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband goed kunnen functioneren
  • Perfect Nederlandstalig in kader van veiligheidsvoorschriften
