Onze klant (in Asse) is een internationale en innovatieve speler binnen de industriële sector, gespecialiseerd in het produceren en bewerken van technische componenten en oplossingen op maat. Kwaliteit, veiligheid en samenwerking vormen de kern van hun werking. Door continue verbetering en sterke procesgerichte aanpak blijven ze groeien binnen hun markt.

Ter versterking van het productieteam zijn zij op zoek naar een Lasser die graag werkt in een technische en gestructureerde productieomgeving.

Jobomschrijving

Als Lasser ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van operationeel laswerk volgens vastgelegde procedures, kwaliteitsnormen en veiligheidsvoorschriften. Je finaliseert klantopdrachten door materialen correct samen te stellen en te lassen volgens de juiste techniek en specificaties.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Uitvoeren van laswerken voor standaardproducties, waaronder:Lassen van metaalslangen Puntlassen van samenstellingen in mallen Lassen van buisstukken Hoeklassen (buis op plaat) Lassen van technisch eenvoudige samenstellingen en producten met beperkte variatie
  • Uitvoeren van andere lastechnieken zoals elektrode-, autogeen- en MIG/MAG-lassen, eventueel met lasmanipulator
  • Zelfstandig opstellen, instellen en opstarten van lasopstellingen
  • Uitvoeren van basisinstellingen aan lasmachines en standaard onderhoudswerken
  • Werken volgens een toegewezen planning en prioriteiten bepaald door de teamleader
  • Registreren en opvolgen van orders via scanning, borden en bestelbonnen
  • Uitvoeren van visuele kwaliteitscontroles en beoordelen van de laskwaliteit
  • Rapporteren van voortgang aan collega’s en teamleader
  • Strikte naleving van veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en milieuvoorschriften (HSEQ)

Je werkt in een productieomgeving waar veiligheid, precisie en kwaliteitsbewustzijn centraal staan.

Als lasser ben je: Vaardigheden & competenties

  • Technisch sterk en hands-on ingesteld
  • Goede kennis van materialen, toevoegmaterialen en beschermgassen
  • In staat om zelfstandig te werken volgens procedures en instructies
  • Nauwkeurig, kwaliteits- en resultaatgericht
  • Veiligheidsbewust en verantwoordelijk
  • Teamplayer die actief samenwerkt en communiceert met collega’s
  • Bereid om technische en procedurele vaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen

Achtergrond

  • Ervaring met laswerk in een productieomgeving is een sterke plus
  • Bereid of in staat om een lascertificaat (slang- en buislas) te behalen
