Lasser-Monteur Machinebouw | Bouw machines van A tot Z Je last niet graag de hele dag dezelfde stukken aan elkaar. Je wilt zien hoe losse onderdelen stap voor stap uitgroeien tot een volledige machine. In dit atelier combineer je lassen met montage en technische afwerking, waardoor je werk afwisselend blijft en jouw vakkennis zichtbaar wordt in het eindresultaat.

Je komt terecht in een klein team waarin je elkaar kent, kennis deelt en samen machines bouwt die echt gebruikt worden.

Wat ga je doen? Als lasser-monteur werk je mee aan de volledige opbouw van machines voor de land- en tuinbouw. Je krijgt een gevarieerd takenpakket en leert verschillende stappen van het productieproces kennen. Wat staat er op jouw werkplanning?

  • Je last metalen onderdelen en constructies, voornamelijk met halfautomaat
  • Je stelt machineonderdelen samen aan de hand van technische plannen
  • Je monteert mechanische componenten tot een werkend geheel
  • Je helpt mee bij de opbouw van landbouwmachines op maat
  • Je voert technische aanpassingen uit wanneer een project daarom vraagt
  • Je ondersteunt bij de elektrische aansluiting en bekabeling van onderdelen
  • Je gebruikt een heftruck of rolbrug om materialen veilig te verplaatsen
  • Je controleert jouw werk en bewaakt een correcte afwerking
  • Je helpt mee bij herstellingen aan bestaande machines
  • Je springt bij op andere werkposten en bouwt zo een brede technische kennis op

Geen seriewerk waarbij elke dag er hetzelfde uitziet. Je werkt mee aan machines die intern worden ontwikkeld en volledig in het atelier worden opgebouwd. Daardoor blijf je nieuwe technieken ontdekken en zie je jouw werk letterlijk vorm krijgen.

Waar ga je werken? Onze klant is een familiaal machinebouwbedrijf dat al meer dan 35 jaar machines ontwikkelt voor de land- en tuinbouw. De machines worden volledig intern ontworpen en gebouwd, van de eerste constructie tot de uiteindelijke afwerking. Daardoor krijg je als technieker een brede kijk op het volledige productieproces.

Je werkt mee aan machines voor onder meer het planten, oogsten, wassen en transporteren van groenten. Veel projecten worden op maat uitgewerkt, waardoor je niet vastzit aan één standaardproduct.

Binnen het atelier is de samenwerking direct en persoonlijk. Collega’s helpen elkaar vooruit, delen hun ervaring en maken ook buiten het werk tijd voor een informele activiteit.
