Je komt terecht in een organisatie gespecialiseerd in de bouw van complexe technische installaties en machines, gelegen in [locatie]. Deze voltijdse functie biedt je de kans om te werken in een dynamische omgeving waarin elk project maatwerk is, waardoor geen enkele werkdag hetzelfde is.

Jouw uitdaging:

Als lasser ben je verantwoordelijk voor het nauwkeurig monteren, assembleren en aflassen van diverse lasconstructies. Je start steeds vanuit technische tekeningen en zorgt ervoor dat elk onderdeel correct wordt uitgevoerd volgens de vooropgestelde kwaliteitsnormen.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Monteren en positioneren van onderdelen voor lasconstructies.
  • Uitvoeren van de nodige lasvoorbereidingen.
  • Aflassen van voorgemonteerde constructies.
  • Controleren van afgewerkte producten en invullen van kwaliteitsdocumentatie.
  • Actief meedenken over verbeteringen op vlak van productie, kwaliteit, veiligheid en werkomstandigheden.
  • Zorg dragen voor een veilige, ordelijke en nette werkplek volgens de geldende veiligheidsvoorschriften.

Wat verwachten we van jou?

Wij zoeken een lasser die beschikt over de juiste vaardigheden en ervaring om te slagen in deze rol. Je bent iemand die veiligheid en kwaliteit vanzelfsprekend vindt en graag in een team werkt, maar ook zelfstandig kan functioneren.

  • Je beschikt over een diploma mechanica met specialisatie lassen of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je hebt ervaring met halfautomaatlassen.
  • Ervaring met grotere of zwaardere lasconstructies is een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt een sterk technisch inzicht en goede probleemoplossende vaardigheden.
  • Je kunt technische tekeningen vlot lezen en interpreteren.
  • Je bent in staat om te werken met oudere of onvolledige documentatie.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en neemt initiatief.
