Deine Rolle - Das wartet auf dich * Strategische und operative Weiterentwicklung der Agentic AI UX/UI Kompetenz * End-to-End-Verantwortung für komplexe AI-Projekte von Discovery bis Prototyp * Gestaltung von Interfaces für Agenten, Copiloten und autonome Workflows * Entwicklung von Konzepten zu Orchestrierung, Tool-Nutzung und Systemlogik * Moderation von AI-Workshops und Design-Sprints, überzeugende Präsentation auf allen Ebenen sowie Entwicklung von AI-Prototypen als Diskussionsbasis * Mentoring im UX/UI-Bereich (Fokus Agentic AI), Förderung von Wissenstransfer und methodischer Reife sowie Unterstützung von Presales- und Angebotsprozessen

Deine Skills - Das bringst du mit * Abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung in einem für UX/UI Design relevanten Bereich sowie mindestens CPUX-F-Zertifizierung * Mindestens 10 Jahre relevante Berufs- und Projekterfahrung, inklusive Senior- oder Lead-Verantwortung und Erfahrung im Design agentischer AI-Erlebnisse * Tiefe Expertise in nutzerzentrierten Designmethoden, agentic UX patterns, Conversational Design, Multi-Agent-Interface-Gestaltung, Prototyping, Design Systemen und Agentic Experience Design * Praktische Erfahrung mit LLMs (z. B. GPT, Claude, Gemini), Agent Frameworks, Tool Use, RAG-Architekturen, Prompt Engineering, API-Integrationen und code-basiertem Prototyping * Sicherer Umgang mit Figma, Framer, Miro, Jira und Confluence; sehr gute Kenntnisse relevanter Standards (insb. WCAG und European Accessibility Act) und die Fähigkeit, Context First Architecture sowie agentische Funktionalitäten in verständliche, vertrauenswürdige und visuell überzeugende Konzepte zu übersetzen. * Exzellente Präsentations-, Kommunikations- und Beratungskompetenz, hohe Eigenverantwortung, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und kommunikationssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C1)
