Dan zien we jou graag in ons team. Door de groei van onze accreditatieactiviteiten is de RvA op zoek naar nieuwe Lead Assessoren. Join our team Dit ga je doen Als Lead Assessor beoordeel je samen met een team van deskundigen een breed scala aan certificerende bedrijven en verificateurs. Je zorgt ervoor dat het team tijdens de duur van de beoordeling effectief wordt geleid. Bovendien vorm je op basis van jouw bevindingen en die van jouw teamleden een oordeel over de kwaliteit van je klant. Met jouw bevindingen en manier van communiceren help je de klant om zich te verbeteren. - Het uitvoeren van beoordelingen bij certificerende bedrijven en verificateurs die zich onder andere bezighouden met de Cyber Resilience Act en verificatie van emissierapporten. - Het functioneel leidinggeven aan een beoordelingsteam met één of meerdere vakinhoudelijke deskundigen van wisselende samenstelling. - Het beoordelen van algemene bedrijfsmatige onderwerpen zoals beleid, doelstellingen en risicomanagement. - Het evalueren van de relevantie van assessment bevindingen van teamleden en zorgen voor een effectieve en plezierige communicatie met de klant. - Zorgen voor psychologische veiligheid in het beoordelingsteam én bij de klant. Eventuele moeilijke gesprekken worden daarbij niet uit de weg gegaan. - Vastleggen van de bevindingen van uitgevoerde beoordelingen. Dit breng je mee Opleiding en achtergrond - Een afgeronde HBO- of WO-opleiding, bij voorkeur op het gebied van techniek, milieukunde of accountancy en auditing. - Minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring, bijvoorbeeld o...
