Als Lead Automation Engineer verbeter je de productieprocessen bij een industriële productieorganisatie in Oosterhout. Je vertaalt productiebehoeften naar besturingshardware en -software en werkt met Siemens PLC’s, HMI, SCADA en OPC-communicatie. Samen met de huidige lead automation engineer vorm je een klein team en help je gebruikers zelfstandig met de systemen te werken. Functie-inhoud - Je ontwerpt, programmeert en optimaliseert besturingsoplossingen voor de productieprocessen. - Je lost complexe besturingstechnische storingen op en documenteert de oplossingen. - Je zet het productie-OT-netwerk op, beheert het en waarborgt de beveiliging. - Je ontwikkelt onderhoudsplannen voor software en besturingstechniek en voert deze uit. - Je schrijft werkinstructies en traint gebruikers in SCADA en bedieninterfaces. - Je stemt overlappende applicaties, waaronder SAP-MII, af met Technische Dienst, Productie, SAP en IT. - Je initieert besturingsprojecten en adviseert over IT/OT, met aandacht voor veiligheid, betrouwbaarheid, kwaliteit en productiekosten. Functie-eisen - Je hebt een afgeronde hbo-opleiding Besturingstechniek. - Je hebt ruime ervaring met industriële automatisering en het ontwerpen en programmeren van PLC-, HMI- en SCADA-systemen. - Je hebt ruime kennis van Siemens TIA Portal, S7-1500 PLC’s, HMI Basic Panels, WinCC Advanced en Kepware OPC. - Je kent OT-netwerken; kennis van SAP-MII is een pre. - Je verbindt IT en Productie en vertaalt organisatiebehoeften naar praktische oplossingen voor de werkvloer. - Je communiceert overtuigend op verschillende organisatieniveaus en beheerst Nederlands en Engels uitstekend. - Je pakt werk praktisch aan en kunt zelfstandig projecten initiëren, implementeren en afronden. Aanbod - Een fulltime functie van 40 uur per week. - Een detavastconstructie. - Samenwerking in een klein team met de huidige lead automation engineer. - Een brede technische rol, van PLC-programmering tot OT-netwerkbeheer en IT/OT-advisering.
