Dan is deze functie als Lead Engineer iets voor jou. Als Lead Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor de technische aansturing van uitdagende infrastructurele projecten. Je geeft leiding aan het engineeringsteam en bewaakt de kwaliteit, planning en technische haalbaarheid van ontwerpen. Daarbij zorg je ervoor dat alle disciplines optimaal samenwerken en projecten volgens planning en de gestelde kwaliteitseisen worden voorbereid. Je bent het technische aanspreekpunt voor zowel interne projectteams als externe stakeholders en speelt een belangrijke rol in het signaleren van risico's, het verbeteren van werkprocessen en het realiseren van innovatieve oplossingen. Wat ga je doen? - Aansturen, begeleiden en coachen van het engineeringsteam. - Coördineren en controleren van ontwerp-, teken- en engineeringswerkzaamheden. - Fungeren als technisch aanspreekpunt voor projectteams, opdrachtgevers en externe partijen. - Signaleren, analyseren en beheersen van technische risico's binnen projecten. - Bewaken van de kwaliteit, planning, voortgang en technische uitvoerbaarheid van ontwerpen. - Bijdragen aan de optimalisatie van werkprocessen en het implementeren van innovatieve werkwijzen. - Samenwerken met verschillende disciplines om projecten succesvol en efficiënt te realiseren.
